Cara was a pleasure to work with. She was always easy to get in touch with, returned emails and/or phone calls within the day (sometimes even within the hour)! Very flexible about showing homes, we had no trouble setting up days/times for viewings.....she was really game for anything. She showed my mother-in-law and I many properties before my mother-in-law chose which home would work best for her. We placed an offer, had one negotiation, & closed the deal within 3 weeks. Even after the deal was closed Cara was available to answer a few questions we had about the property & homeowners association (not her fault the information wasn't given initially, the selling agent was supposed to relay the information). She was always professional & an overall nice person to work with. I would highly recommend her to a friend or family member looking for an agent.
